Wargaming... for charity?

Whilst browsing Faeit 212 this morning, one particular post caught my eye... A request from David at Miniature Musings of a Bear to spread the word about a very worthwhile event that he's planning... a large scale 24 hour 40k (I stand corrected. This is a non discriminatory event, PLAY ALL THE GAMES!! Cheers Doc!) gaming event!!! How awesome is that?!?*

There's actually a far more serious side to this post. Sadly, David's mother was recently diagnosed with cancer and to raise money and awareness for Macmillan Cancer Support, he plans to put on a multi venue gaming even over the August bank holiday weekend (23rd-24th August).

We at d4ployment will be doing something. We hope you will too.

* Really bloody awesome because you'll be supporting Macmillan Cancer Support!!!

  2. Also it is for any system not just 40K, cancer doesn't discriminate and neither do I ;)
